សន្និសីទស្តីពីការបោះពុម្ពសារព្រមានសុខភាពលើកញ្ចប់បារីត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅឯក្រសួងសុខាភិបាលកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០១០។ សន្និសីទនេះត្រូវបានចូលរួមក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ឯកឧត្តម ម៉ម ប៊ុនហេង រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល។ អ្នកយកព័ត៌មានប្រចាំសារព័ត៌មាន វិទ្យុ និងទូរទស្សន៍នានា ក៏មានវត្តមានក្នុងពិធីនោះដែរ។

Press Conference on Health Warning

A conference to unveil text warnings on cigarette pack is conducted at the Ministry of Health on 20 January 2010. This event is honored by the presence of H.E. Mam BunHeng, secretary of state of Ministry of Health. Media reporters ranging from daily newspapers, radios to televisions also participated in this conference.

វេទិកាយុវជន និង តំណាងរាស្រ្តស្តីពីផលប៉ះពាល់របស់ថ្នាំជក់

ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ូ ស្រ៊ី និង ឯកឧត្តម ជៀប ស៊ីវន ដែលជាតំណាងរាស្រ្តមណ្ឌលភ្នំពេញ បានផ្តល់កិតិ្តយសចូលរូមក្នុងវេទិកាយុវជន និង តំណាងរាស្រ្តស្តីពីផលប៉ះពាល់របស់ថ្នាំជក់ ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់អំពីការខ្វាយខ្វល់របស់យុវជនលើផលប៉ះពាល់របស់ថ្នាំជក់។ យុវជនមកពីសមាគមយុវជន និង សាកលវិទ្យាល័យផ្សេងៗ បានលើកឡើងនូវកង្វល់ទាក់ទិននឹងការផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មថ្នាំជក់ដែលផ្តោតគោលដៅលើយុវវ័យ កង្វះការយល់ដឹងលើផលប៉ះពាល់នៃការប្រើប្រាស់ថ្នាំជក់របស់យុវជននៅតាមតំបន់ជនបទ និង ច្បាប់ស្តីពីការត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាំជក់ដែលត្រូវបានពន្យាពេល ជាដើម។

Youth Forum with Parliament Members on Tobacco

H.E. Hou Sry and H.E. Chiep Sivorn, parliament members, participated in the Youth Forum with Parliament Members on of Tobacco to listen to youth concerns regarding tobacco impacts. Youth members from different youth associations and universities raised their concerns on tobacco advertising targeting youth, low awareness of rural youth regarding effects of tobacco use, delayed passage of the Law on Tobacco Control, and so on. Most of them urged the parliament to pass the law as soon as possible.

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានគោលបំណងស្វែងយល់ពីដំណើរការនៃសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាំជក់និងចែករំលែកភស្តុតាងក្នុងស្រុក និងក្នុងតំបន់ ព្រមទាំងបទពិសោធន៍ល្អៗពីបណ្តាប្រទេសនានាអំពីគោលនយោបាយត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាំជក់។ ចូលរួមជាសិក្ខាកាមនៃអង្គសិក្ខាសាលារយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃនេះ រួមមានព្រះសង្ឃ តំណាងមកពីរដ្ឋសភា ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងវប្បធម៌ នៃគណរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សមាជិកគណកម្មការអន្តរក្រសួងដើម្បីអប់រំ និងកាត់បន្ថយការប្រើប្រាស់ថ្នាំជក់ លេខាធិការដ្ឋានអនុសញ្ញាត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាំជក់ ក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ សាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុក និងអន្តរជាតិសរុបជាង១៥០នាក់។

Consultative Workshop on Tobacco Control in Cambodia

This workshop is organized by Medicam, ADRA Cambodia, and Cambodia Movement for Health with technical support from the World Health Organization (WHO).

Objective of WS:

To find out the process of the draft law on tobacco control;
To share local and regional evidences as well as good experiences from other countries on tobacco control policies.

ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរទិវាពិភពលោកគ្មានថ្នាំជក់២០១០ ដែលនឹងប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០១០នេះ អង្គការចលនាដើម្បីសុខភាពកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំនូវសន្និសីទស្តីពីទិវាពិភពលោកគ្មានថ្នាំជក់២០១០ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០១០។ ប្រធានបទនៃទិវាពិភពលោកគ្មានថ្នាំជក់២០១០នេះ គឺផ្តោតសំខាន់លើស្ត្រីនិងថ្នាំជក់ ស្តីពី”ស្ត្រីគឺជាគោលដៅរបស់ឧស្សាហកម្មថ្នាំជក់”។

World No Tobacco Day Press Conference

To honor the World No Tobacco Day 2010 on 31 May 2010, Cambodia Movement for Health conducted the Press Conference on WNTD 2010’s theme on 30 May 2010. 2010 theme is about gender and tobacco, which focus on “Women are the target of tobacco industries”.
